Your Local Water & Wastewater Utility

InnServices provides safe, reliable water and wastewater services to the communities of Innisfil and South Barrie. Our team works every day to deliver clean drinking water, maintain infrastructure, and protect our local environment.

Getting Started with Service

The steps to start water and wastewater service depend on your situation.

Moving into an Existing Home

If your home is already connected to municipal water and sewer: Water and wastewater services are set up automatically when you open or transfer your InnPower account. Start, stop, or transfer service through InnPower New Customer | InnPower. You do not need to apply separately for water service.

Building a New Home or Adding a New Service

If your property requires a new water or wastewater connection, you must complete a service connection application and follow the construction and inspection process. Learn how to connect water and sewer services Water & Sewer Service Connections | InnServices.

Moving or Closing an Account

If you're moving out or transferring service, updates must be completed through InnPower to ensure your water and wastewater billing is accurate. Understanding Your Services

Drinking Water

InnServices treats and delivers safe, clean drinking water to homes and businesses across our community. Water is sourced, treated, and tested to meet strict provincial standards before being distributed through the municipal system. Learn how drinking water is treated and delivered.

Wastewater

Wastewater from homes and businesses is collected through the sewer system and transported to treatment facilities, where it is treated before being safely returned to the environment. This process helps protect public health and local waterways. Learn how wastewater is collected and treated.
