We focus on protecting water quality, safeguarding local water resources, and ensuring the systems our community depends on remain safe and reliable. 

As a municipally owned utility, we are accountable to the community we serve. InnServices works alongside InnPower and InnTerprises to coordinate services and support the needs of our growing communities. 

We continue to maintain and upgrade water and wastewater infrastructure across the communities we serve, including planning for future capacity through projects such as the Cookstown water system expansion. Our teams monitor system performance around the clock to ensure water remains safe, and that wastewater is treated responsibly before returning to the environment. 

We are also focused on continuously improving how we operate and how we support customers, while meeting the standards that protect public health and our natural surroundings.
