Recruitment Process

Selected candidates will take part in the recruitment process with InnServices which includes:

1Application Process:

Job postings reflect a summary of the position, the qualifications and credentials required, and a copy of the job description. If you’re interested in applying for a job on our Employment Opportunities page, apply by using our applicant tracking system.

2. Interview and Testing:

Selected candidates will be contacted and invited to take part in an interview. Based upon the nature and scope of the position, testing components may comprise part of the recruitment process. Testing may include, written assignment, skills testing, technical knowledge assessment, equipment/vehicle operations, etc. In some instances, a second interview may be conducted.

3. Employment Screening:

Screening may include (but is not limited) the following based on the needs of the position(s) being filled:

  • education/certification verification
  • police record check
  • employment references
  • drivers abstract check

4. Offer of Employment:

Following background screening, the successful candidate will receive an offer of employment outlining the agreement between InnServices and the candidate.

5. Employee Onboarding:

Employees will participate in a comprehensive and interactive onboarding program to integrate them into the organization, their team and role, and the OTOT.
