Additional Water or Sewer Connection (Commercial)
This page applies to commercial, industrial, or institutional properties that require new or additional municipal water and/or sewer connection, including newly severed properties, building expansions, or developments requiring additional servicing capacity. This is a separate application from the standard commercial connection process.
How to Apply
- Complete the Additional Service Connection Application
- Submit the completed application and application fee by email to cs@innpower.ca or in the dropbox outside of InnPower's building at 7251 Yonge Street, Innisfil, ON, L9S 0J3.
- The current Application Fee is $682.50 per additional connection or $997.50 for both water and sanitary sewer additional connections. Please only send cheques by mail to InnPower at 7251 Yonge Street, Innisfil, ON, L9S 0J3. Please make cheque payable to “InnServices Utilities Inc.”
- InnServices staff will contact you to review your application.
