Watermain Flushing - Innisfil Heights

Operational staff will be performing scheduled maintenance flushing of the watermains in the Innisfil Heights area, from May 13 - 16, 2025, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM. It is not anticipated that flushing will be performed after 3:30 PM but unforeseen situations may arise that might alter this time.

During this flushing, your water may be discoloured for a short period of time. We would recommend that you refrain from water consumption activities (i.e., laundry) during this period. You may also experience reduced water pressure. Residents may wish to fill containers of water ahead of time.

If you experience any water discolouration, please note that this does not pose a water quality concern. We recommend that you run your cold water tap for a couple of minutes to flush out any sediment which may have accumulated within your water service line after flushing.
