Town of Innisfil Encourages Residents to Shop Local This Holiday Season
Innisfil, Ontario – The Town of Innisfil’s Economic Development Team is giving back to local businesses this holiday season. The Town has partnered with the Innisfil Journal to bring local business an opportunity to share their holiday advertising and greetings with residents in this special ‘Shop Local’ holiday edition.
“We are fortunate to have incredible local businesses in Innisfil, and many new businesses have popped up in the last year,” said Mayor Lynn Dollin. “The holiday season is the perfect time to support local and we are happy to offer this opportunity to help promote local businesses at an affordable cost.”
The Town is sponsoring the special edition to offset ad costs so businesses can continue to promote their services to the Innisfil community. The Innisfil Journal is distributed to approximately 15,000 households. Local businesses can purchase ads at an 80 per cent cost reduction, being able to participate in the initiative for as little as $49. The discounted fees are as follows:
- Quarter page ad – $49
- Half page ad – $199
- Full page ad – $299
- Full page ad with digital package – $599
The special holiday publication includes 15,000 copies to local residents, plus 250,000 digital impressions.
