InnServices Customer Calls Transitioning to InnPower
InnServices is simplifying how customers get support by bringing more water and wastewater service calls under one local team.
Many customers already contact InnPower for account set up, billing, meters, seasonal connections, and hydrants. These services will continue to be supported by InnPower.
Additional water and wastewater service inquiries that were previously handled by the Town of Innisfil will now also be handled by InnPower. This change makes it easier to know who to call and helps provide a more consistent customer experience.

- Water pressure or water quality concerns
- Discoloured water
