20th Sideroad Sewage Pumping Station
Municipal Class Environmental Assessment
InnServices Utilities Inc. has completed a Schedule B Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) study to determine the preferred location to construct a new sewage pumping station to service the Innisfil Heights economic district and Town Campus. This study builds upon the 2018 and 2023 Innisfil Master Servicing Plan Update to provide wastewater servicing strategies to accommodate the population and employment growth. The assessment has concluded with a recommended solution and the Notice of Completion can now be viewed.
The Municipal Class Environmental Assessment Project File Report is placed on a public review for a 30-day review period, starting on March 5, 2026 and ending on April 2, 2026. The report can be viewed below.

The Notice of Study Commencement was issued on November 11, 2021.

Public consultation is a key component of the Class EA process. InnServices will be holding a Public Information Centre (PIC) for this project. Please find all relevant details below.
Any input received during this process will be maintained on file for use during the project and may be included in project documentation. Information collected will be used in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. With the exception of personal information, all comments will become part of the public record.
Feedback is welcomed and residents are encouraged to contact the project team members with any comments or questions they may have.
