The Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) is improving the Highway 400 and Innisfil Beach Road interchange in the Town of Innisfil.

The Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) is improving the Highway 400 and Innisfil Beach Road interchange in the Town of Innisfil.

To meet the water supply and municipal sanitary sewage needs of the Innisfil Heights economic district as identified in the Town's 2023 Master Servicing Plan update, InnServices is working in conjunction with the MTO to install sanitary sewer lines. The sanitary sewer will be installed along Innisfil Beach Road extending from approximately 100m east of 5th Sideroad (County Road 53) easterly crossing Highway 400 to approximately 40m west of Industrial Park Road.

Construction is currently underway by the MTO's contractor. Installation of the sanitary sewer is occurring in stages concurrent with other highway interchange improvement activities. The overall project is expected to be complete in 2025.
