3rd Line Booster Pumping Station Upgrade
The 3rd Line Booster Pumping Station Upgrade site is at 1543 3rd line located at the northwest corner of the 20th sideroad and 3rd line intersection, located in the Lefroy/Belle Ewart area in the Town of Innisfil. The existing Booster Pumping Station building facilities on site currently consist of four pumps and rated for 183lps, which was built in 2006.
The upgrade to this facility is to increase the firm capacity of the Innisfil-Bradford 3rd Line Booster Pumping Station to Increase the 3rd BPS firm capacity to meet the water demands of the development plans in 400/89, Cookstown and BWG .
Prequalification of general contractors was completed in the Summer of 2024.
Construction commenced in February 2025 and project completion is anticipated in late 2026.
