The following user fees and service charges apply to InnServices water, wastewater, construction, and engineering-related services.

WATER
The following fees apply to water service connections, meter services, hydrant meters, construction water, and related operational services.
1.0 Connection Fee

5.0 Construction Water - Hydrant Meters

6.0 Water Meter Flow Testing Fee

If the metering equipment test is found to be inaccurate, consumption adjustments will be made and no fee will be charged.

Additional Information
- All water passing through a meter will be billed whether used or wasted.

If a meter fails to register, the customer will be charged based on average consumption during the previous billing period.

Additional quotes may be requested on jobs not listed.

User fees quoted may be based on Full Cost Recovery.

All activities are within field staff working hours (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday).

After normal working hours, a minimum 4-hour charge applies.

Additional charges may apply where more than standard labour is required.
