How Commercial Water Usage is Billed
Commercial water usage is billed per cubic (m³) based on the total amount of water used during the billing period.
Unlike residential properties, commercial water usage is typically charged at a single rate per cubic metre, along with a monthly base charge.
Water is measured in cubic metres.
1 cubic metre (m³) = 1,000 litres of water
Your water meter measure the total amount of water used at your property, and your bill reflects the amount used during the billing period.
