Reconstruction of Innisfil Beach Road – Phase 1

To meet the water supply and municipal sanitary sewage needs of the Innisfil Heights economic district as identified in the Town’s 2018 Master Servicing Plan update, InnServices is working in conjunction with the County of Simcoe on the Reconstruction of Innisfil Beach Rd (County Road 21) Project. Sanitary sewer, as well as water main, is being installed from the east limits of the Innisfil Tall Hall Building continuing easterly approximately 2.0 Kilometers. The project is a continuation of the County Rd 21 Reconstruction project that began in 2019 which also includes widening of the road to four lanes, and the addition of storm sewers.

Phase 1 is scheduled to be completed in 2022.
