Connecting to Water and Sewer

Connecting to municipal water and sewer involves several steps and approvals. Learn when service is available and how to begin the connection process.

Connecting to Water and Sewer (Commercial)

Connecting a commercial, industrial, or institutional property to municipal water and sanitary sewer is a multi-step process that must meet Town and provincial requirements. Use the sections below to understand when a connection is available and how to get started.

When Connections Become Available

As the Town of Innisfil continues to grow, water and sanitary sewer infrastructure is extended into previously unserviced areas. Properties located along a new service route may become eligible to connect once services are installed and confirmed live by InnServices.
